I am an active physically fit romantic gentleman seeking a special lady with common interests to being a relationship with hopefully the opportunity for a long term relationship. I am an intelligent romantic down to earth gentleman who has a warm heart and who is loving and caring. I enjoy and love to share in romance and fun activities with a loving and warm hearted special lady who also enjoys sharing fun times with a special gentleman. Being a romantic gentleman I am affectionate, enjoy cuddling and also enjoy touching and kissing. Many of the activities I enjoy range from the mountains to the beach and in between. These activities range from traveling, scuba diving, bathing in the ocean, boating, hiking, horse back riding, snow and water skiing to candle light dining and dancing to a campfire and cooking over the fire. I also enjoy home gourmet cooking. Having a fire in the fire place with the lights low and some candles burning and some soft music in the back round make a great environment for sharing and communicating. During the week I look forward to my visits to the gym and working out there. My taste in music is from country to rock in roll though I do not care for heavy metal, rap or the like. Arizona is a very vast and wonderful state offering a lot of variety in landscape and activities.Arizona has much to offer from the valley to the beautiful mountains year round. The one thing that would really complete Arizona would to have a beach and the ocean at its shores. The lakes and rivers are beautiful and offer many activities but they just don't quite measure up the wonderful and marvelousness of the beach and ocean. I have 3 wonderful children and 3 additional blessing which are my grand kids. The good Lord gave me to opportunity to raise my 3 children as a single parent from infants. This was challenging but very rewarding and continues to be very rewarding. I have a wonderful relationship with my children and grand kids that is a very important part of my life. It is amazing how becoming a single parent can be a misfortune yet it can turn out to be such a blessing. One of my favorite places to be is in the outdoors and the participating in activities the outdoors have to offer. One unusual yet fun and exhilarating activity I do enjoy is prospecting in one of the gold mines which I own. Yes Gold mines can still be staked here in Arizona according the the 1872 mining laws. Oh by the way there is still gold in the hills here in Arizona. Being outdoors gives the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the landscape along with enjoying the refreshing spirit the outdoors offers. After leaving Washington DC back in 2000 I moved here to Arizona. I am originally from the east coast. Upon leaving Washington DC I was fortunate to be able to retire after 31 years of service. Since being here in Arizona I have had the wonderful opportunity to explore this vast and wonderful state and all it has to offer. One thing which has been very much missing is to find that special lady I can share fun times with. I have one wish, hope and prayer that being the relationship we both look for be found and become special to both of us mutually. One life time enjoyment is being involved with all sorts of animals over that period of time. I have been blessed to experience the specialness animals and pets can bring into ones life. During my life I have had the opportunity to raise and take care of all sorts of pets and exotic animals. This has given me many found memories. At the present time I have 2 hybrids which are very sociable and friendly there name is Shiloh and Cheyenne. I also have 2 horses along with an iron horse as well being a motorcycle. In the past I have owned and ran a 165 acre homestead ranch in Idaho which was a wonderful experience and very rewarding. My newest buddy is a mini dachshund who is a such a great friend. I am not into play dating games and am bottom line honest which I feel you find refreshing. I am not into e-relationships such as texting, emails or other type of e-relationships. The internet is a good place to meet and make a connection and perhaps chat a bit but then connecting in real time and meeting is a good follow through from meeting on line. I am seeking a real relationship and am ready, open and available to share in such a relationship. Seeking and Looking for a warm hearted, honest women who has integrity and can allow me to take the initiative and yet also able to share the imitative and at times likes taking the initiative.
