About Dika
Nature is essentially part of who I am. Feeling, absorbing every detail, whether on a mountain, a forest or by the ocean. Music is the other equally imperative aspect for me - be it jazz, classical, our rich Brazilian instrumental music or... one doesn't always have to categorize - what matters is if it touches me. My creative work (mainly drawing and writing, but also music) is a flow, a consequence of these axes. Mainly introspective by nature, I am however witty, funny and always with a great sense of humor. I am sociable and open, but like to enjoy my close friends on an intimate level. I was born and raised in São Paulo of German parents. I graduated in design from a North American university and had the chance to live in the Amazon for six months, as a volunteer in a research project. I also lived in Germany, but have been back in Brazil now for 13 years. My main work activity is to teach English and German privately to business executives, children and whoever else is ready to plunge into this adventurous learning experience! I live in a magical, green setting, where silence and bird songs prevail...
