Help Me, Women!

I know this sounds weird, but please bear with me.

My live-in girlfriend of two years has mentioned her physician to me before, always using phrases like “he’s such a nice guy” and “he’s such a sweetheart”. Frankly, hearing her speak of her GP in this way made me uncomfortable, but I chalked it up to insecurity and left it at that.

She had an appointment after work with the physician yesterday; later that night, she was laying on the couch with her privates exposed and I touched her and noticed that her whole slit area was totally lubed-up – I could feel it on my fingers, like a lubricant of some kind (there was no scent). This was definitely not her own natural juices, please believe – I know that much.

I asked her why she was obviously lubed-up and she said it was because she had used some cream – applied internally -- for a yeast infection that had developed due to her being on antibotics recently. Well, over the prior weekend I had applied that very cream to her privates – yes, I am a sweetheart – and the cream clearly said “for external use only”.

When I called her on it, she then modified her statement to say that the lube must’ve come from the suppository that came along with the antifungal cream (it was a package deal, not Monistat but some other “all in one” brand), and that over the course of the day it had come out of her vagina and spread all up her slit right to the very top.

I find this very difficult to believe, but I’m a man, what would I know about the application and effects of using a yeast infection treatment? However, I would assume that the suppository would be designed to dissolve in the vaginal cavity and would not necessarily create a lube-like lotion that would leak and spread over her entire private area right up to the top of her slit. She said flat-out that she didn’t apply the external cream to her privates so it must be from the suppository.

Incidentally, she once told me a story about a “friend” whose GP was examining her and said “you need an orgasm” then proceeded to play with her until she came. My instincts are screaming that this is what happened yesterday but, of course, she won’t deal with this except to say “you don’t trust me!” and to try to make an argument out of the trust issue rather than dealing with the reality of the situation.

Ladies, is she right? Am I being too suspicious? Or did she fuck around on me?

All I know is if I came home with my dick all obviously lubed up, there’d be hell to pay.

Any and all advice is well and truly appreciated. Thank you.

Addendum: I checked the packaging of the yeast infection product, it's suppositories, not cream, that goes into the cavity. There were a couple of different products -- one had a baseball bat-device filled with cream, the other just a capsule-shaped tablet. She used the capsule-shaped tablet one.

I am not a lady as you can plainly see...but as we say here in my country...those things growing out of your forehead are not pimples...they look as big cuernos (horns) to all of us.....Apparently that Doctor not only lubed her up, but filled her up too....lol quite a service.
